Rod of Spell Deflection

This twisted rod is made of obsidian. While holding it, if you succeed on a saving throw against any spell that targets only you (not in an area of effect), and the spell is 6th level or lower, the spell has no effect on you and you deflect it. You may immediately use a reaction to target 1 creature within 30 feet of you with the deflected spell, using the slot level, spell save DC, attack bonus, and spellcasting ability of the original caster.
